Clínica Médicos

Clínica Médicos is a nonprofit Chattanooga-based medical clinic, created to bring accessible healthcare to underserved communities — especially the city’s Latino population. With a mission grounded in justice and dignity, Clínica Médicos offers bilingual care and welcomes patients regardless of insurance status or background. In 2025, Clínica Médicos will expand its mission of accessible, high-quality healthcare with the opening of a new facility: Clínica Mujeres y la Familia — a space dedicated to serving women and families within Chattanooga’s underserved Latino community. I had the privilege of collaborating with the organization and fellow student designers to develop a visual identity for this vital new branch.

Logo Design for Clínica Mujeres y la Familia

This logo proposal was carefully crafted to reflect the heart of Clínica Médicos while standing confidently as its own unique emblem. Inspired by Spanish tile work and traditional mosaics, the design captures both cultural roots and warmth. The interplay between the outer and inner forms symbolizes an embrace — gentle and protective without being overly literal.

Balancing strength and softness, the shape feels almost like a shield, evoking a sense of safety, while its floral symmetry adds a distinctly feminine touch. The simplicity of the form allows for clarity and versatility across applications, and the warm color palette draws directly from the established Clínica Médicos brand, ensuring continuity and recognition.

Social Media Design

To improve the outreach of Clínica Médicos I designed a series of social media templates that merge aesthetics with functionality. My goal was to create visually compelling designs that align with the brand’s identity while remaining highly adaptable—allowing the client to efficiently update and share information as needed. By prioritizing clarity, accessibility, and brand cohesion, I developed a system that empowers effective communication without sacrificing visual appeal.
