About Me
My name is Riley Hayes, and I am a Chattanooga-based graphic designer. Through a diverse array of mediums, combining both analog and digital space, my designs become truly experimental. Much of my work portrays a sense of soft femininity, familiarity, and nostalgia, yet critiques convention by incorporating uncanny and visceral visual elements. I use design as a way to navigate and analyze the world around me, discovering new characteristics of my own identity in the process. Art and design are prominent sites of cultural production, and being able to play a part in altering the ways in which people view the world absolutely excites me.
